All Progressives Congress chieftain and Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom visited a local food joint in the state alongside his friends to eat the local pap and bean-cake called Akara.

 

Ortom has humbly described himself as a former motor park tout who rose from his poor background to the top by divine intervention.
