Appeal Court Dismiss Franc Utoo's Case Against Dickson Tarkighir

The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the appeal filed against the APC, Hon. Dickson Tarkighir and INEC by Franc Fagah Utoo over the emergence of Tarkighir as the APC candidate for Makurdi/Guma Federal Constituency in the 2015 election.

Fagah had gone to court to challenge the candidature of Tarkighir citing irregularities in the nomination of the member representing Makurdi/Guma Federal constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
