BREAKING: The Battle is Over as Supreme Court Finally Affirms Yahaya Bello as Kogi State Governor

Nigeria's apex court, the Supreme Court has finally released its judgement after listening to counsels which has laid to rest the fate of James Faleke and Yahaya Bello.

According to Premium Times, the Supreme Court has today, September 20, affirmed the election of Yahaya Bello as the Governor of Kogi State.

 

It was gathered that after listening to the closing statements of all the counsel involved in the high profile case, the seven-man panel headed by Justice Sylvester Ngwata affirmed the election 

 

The court also said it will provide reasons for its decision on September 30.
